How long does the import process take?
Typically, it takes 25 to 35 days from the date of purchase for the vehicle to arrive at the port of Mombasa. Clearance and registration take an additional 3-5 working days.
Do you handle KRA customs clearance?
Yes, absolutely. We offer a full door-to-door service which includes KRA valuation, duty payment, inspection, and registration. You receive the car ready to drive.
Can I inspect the car before buying?
Since the cars are imported, physical inspection isn't possible before purchase. However, we provide verified inspection sheets (QISJ/JEVIC) and comprehensive photo reports to guarantee the condition.
What are your payment terms?
We require a deposit to secure and ship the vehicle (CIF cost). The remaining balance (Duty + Port charges) is paid when the vehicle arrives in Mombasa.
